Search the INTERIGHTS website and the Commonwealth and International Human Rights Case Law Databases

The two Case Law Databases contain over 2,500 summaries of significant human rights decisions from both domestic Commonwealth courts and from courts and tribunals applying international human rights law such as the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights and the European Court of Human Rights.

You can search in different ways: across the whole website and both Case Law Databases, across the website, across both the Case Law Databases, or individually in each Database. Use the drop down list to select how you would like to search.

The search results will list all the summaries in which your search term(s) appear, with the most relevant summary appearing first.

You must enter a search term of at least four characters in length.
