INTERIGHTSINTERIGHTS ' BULLETIN INTERIGHTS' quarterly Bulletin, now in itsINTERIGHTS' BULLETIN
INTERIGHTS' quarterly Bulletin, now in its thirteenth volume, serves as a valuable practical resource for judges, lawyers and human rights organisations. It contains articles on major issues of human rights law, news and comment on significant developments, reports of major decisions of tribunals applying international human rights law and reviews of important new publications. Developments in 'soft law', such as Bodies of Basic Principles, Resolutions or official commentary on human rights instruments are also reported. Each issue has a lead article and careful editorial planning ensures wide coverage of human rights and humanitarian law, designed to be easily accessible to and usable by practitioners.
The law reports section carries summaries of decisions from the European Court of Human Rights, the United Nations Human Rights Committee, the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the Committee against Torture, the Inter-American Commission and Court of Human Rights, the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights and other human rights tribunals and decision-making bodies. Critical commentary sets the decision in the context of other international jurisprudence.
The Commonwealth Human Rights Case Law Digest and Database
The Commonwealth Human Rights Law Digest carries summaries of the most recent and important human rights decisions of senior courts in Commonwealth countries. Cases included in the Digest are those referring to international human rights instruments, to provisions of Bills of Rights within national constitutions, or which otherwise have a significant human rights dimension. The Commonwealth Human Rights Case Law Database contains shorter summaries of a much larger number of such decisions, and is available on-line.
