H v Finland to be heard by the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights
H v Finland, a case concerning the rights of married transgender people, has been referred to the Grand Chamber, following a request for referral from INTERIGHTS.
The Centre for Legal Resources on behalf of Valentin Câmpeanu v Romania to be heard by the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights
The case has been relinquished to the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights. INTERIGHTS is advisor to counsel in the case.
