INTERIGHTS is currently looking to hire a new Executive Director.

The Executive Director will be based in London, but will be required to travel from time to time and ability to travel internationally is essential (on average not more than eight weeks per year). 

Salary is very competitive, in accordance with skills and experience. The salary scale ranges from £55,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience. INTERIGHTS currently provides a 5% contribution to a dedicated pension scheme rising to a maximum of 7% provided that the employee provides at least a 2% personal contribution. It is envisaged that this will rise to 8% with a 3% personal contribution in 2009.

The appointment of the Executive Director will be made permanent subject to the satisfactory completion of six months’ probation.
