Legal advice
INTERIGHTS litigates before regional forums, such as the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights and the European Court on Human Rights, and the United Nations’ treaty bodies. We work on security and the rule of law, the right to health, the right to education, women’s rights and the rights of gay, lesbians, bisexual, transgender and intersex people, and the rights of people with disabilities.

Although based in London, we are not able to provide advice on cases pending before courts in the United Kingdom or requests for legal advice on the laws of the United Kingdom. Our lawyers are however available to provide legal assistance to lawyers and individuals who are litigating human rights cases before the domestic, regional and international bodies on the thematic issues that we work on, and if the cases are from the regions where we work.
