Advancing human rights law: critical emerging issues

INTERIGHTS is pleased to publish Advancing human rights law: critical emerging issues, a publication in Arabic, which is free to access on our website.

The publication presents a range of articles by leading scholars and INTERIGHTS staff from previous editions of our biannual legal journal, the INTERIGHTS Bulletin, that discuss a number of significant issues that we believe are of relevance to the region.

Through the publication our aim is provide further support for human rights defenders in carrying out their vital work throughout the region. With it we also hope to address the scarcity of Arabic-language literature on human rights litigation.
